WHY DID WE WE CREATE MEGA AGENTS ACADEMY? 

Hey My name is Michael Peyton, Co-owner of S & P Realty and creator of the Mega Agents
Academy. Before starting my own brokerage, I had the and pleasure of spending most of my
real estate career working with two of the fastest growing expansion teams at Keller Williams.
During that period, I was fortunate enough to have some incredible mentors, while learning the
core principals of how to build a remarkable real estate business.

After spending 6 years working with and learning from some of the best minds in the business, I
felt compelled to start my own brokerage, and I wanted to make sure that my agents had the

resources and systems to avoid a lot of the pain and frustration that often comes with trying to
grow your real estate business. Let’s face it, this industry is not for the faint hearted. And now
that we’ve achieved that for our agents, we’re on a mission to not just help our own agents, but
also other brokers, team owners and agents who know they have the potential to build
something great, but are looking for a proven system to take their real estate business to the
next level.
